More Than Adjustments and Out the Door

I was feeling extremely run down for a couple of months, I actually had two chronic conditions middle of my back and neck pain that was like a stress monkey constantly making me feel stressed. Life was difficult! So I tried self-help and vitamins and thinking I would have to live like this the rest of my life.

My wife suggested to me to see Dr. John at the Aurora Wellness Center. I was surprised to see that their approach was more than adjustments and out the door. Dr. John took almost an hour of discussion about my two main conditions and he quickly broke them apart. First he checked my Blood Pressure and other vitals. Then he had me stand up and sit down while continuing to monitor my BP. His conclusion was my blood pressure actually dropped when I needed it to boost for energy. He prescribed a nutrition regiment and the results were life changing...

I felt the energy and life that I had almost thought would never return, As far as my neck, he did x-rays and we discussed the treatment process within a couple of weeks of intense adjustments and some rest on my end I was feeling on top of my game again. The best part was he showed me some exercises for my neck that increased my range and I have been energized for life and pain free since October 2003.

Reflexology, Wow, What a Relief!

I am a senior of 79 years-suffering the past five months from a heal spur and plantar fasciitis.

Hearing of some benefits of reflexology-thought I would try it-and so I did- Just the 2nd day after my wonderfully relaxed session I found myself walking quite normally and with out pain for the first time in five months-November to April-even the nighttime numbness was gone-Wow, what a relief!

Two days later I returned for a 2nd session-the result was even again most noticeable-though I still must wear my orthotics to continue total recovery.

What a blessed relief after 5 months of agony. Yes, I am certainly a believer in foot reflexology.
